The rules, responsibilities, disclaimers, and limits that apply when using CanvasHack, its website, and its Chrome extension.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CanvasHack, including our website, the CanvasHack Chrome Extension, account features, support, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using CanvasHack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms are between you and CanvasHack. References to “CanvasHack,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the CanvasHack service and its operators.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent to use CanvasHack.
You may not use CanvasHack if you are prohibited from using the Services by law, if we previously banned your account, or if your use would violate these Terms.
3. Accounts and access
Some features may require an account or an active subscription. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your device, email, or login session.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use CanvasHack responsibly and legally. You may not use the Services in a way that harms users, damages the platform, violates laws, or attempts to bypass security.
- Do not use CanvasHack for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Services.
- Do not impersonate another person or create accounts using false or misleading information.
- Do not resell, sublicense, copy, or commercially exploit CanvasHack without written permission.
- Do not share your account or subscription access with others.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and payments
CanvasHack offers paid plans, such as a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. The current price, billing period (if any), renewal terms, and included features are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store your credit card information on our own servers. The only personal data we collect is your email address for account and subscription management. Stripe has its own terms and privacy policy.
By purchasing a subscription (monthly or lifetime), you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method according to the plan you select.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not end the current paid period early.
6. Refunds
All purchases are considered final, unless otherwise required by law. However, in certain circumstances, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the owner.
If you believe your situation requires special consideration, please contact us at support@canvashack.com. Refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued if the owner determines that the issue warrants a refund or as an act of goodwill.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval, and a refund granted in one situation does not create a right to refunds in other situations.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep CanvasHack fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device, browser, or browser version.
We may update, pause, limit, remove, or change parts of the Services at any time. We may also suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or product changes.
8. Intellectual property
CanvasHack, including the website, extension, brand, logos, design, code, features, copy, graphics, and product experience, is the property of CanvasHack and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from CanvasHack without our written permission, except where allowed by law.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and reliability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CanvasHack and its operators, owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Your use of CanvasHack is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using CanvasHack.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to CanvasHack if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, misused the Services, caused harm to other users, violated law, or created security concerns.
You may stop using CanvasHack at any time. Some provisions of these Terms will continue after your access ends, including ownership rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
